Short men’s hairstyles may be coming back into the public eye with a new twist. The old page boy haircut is no longer the only style acceptable for stars in the spotlight. Here are a few ideas on how to get great short styles at home.

Josh Duhamel wears a short and snazzy style that takes about 10 minutes to complete for the on-the-go man. To start, make sure the hair is damp and massage wax or gel between your palms. Gently distribute the wax or gel along the hair on top and in the back of the head evenly. Using a comb, briskly comb through the locks to ensure distribution. Now using the fingertips only, tousle the hair quickly from side to side in the front. Pull down a small bit of hair from the front and then massage it between the thumb and forefinger. Do this in intervals about 2 inches apart on the entire head. This will create the impression of ‘I just got out of bed’, and that wild look that so many women love.
Tom Cruise has always been known for his fantastic hair days. This is no different, and the short straight look is very easy to create. Starting with damp hair, massage a quarter sized area of mousse into the hair and distribute well. Using a smoothing serum or hairspray, completely cover all the hair and while still damp to touch, use a wide toothed comb to part the hair and comb out only the upper layer of hair for a finished look.
