Spring 2010 Hairstyles

Spring 2010 Hairstyles

Ah, spring. The birds are singing, the bees are buzzing, and you’re waking up from your own winter hibernation. The cold makes us all frigid, harsh and anti-social, but soon the sun will be out and you’ll feel the need to go out, stretch your legs and get a feel for the world once more.
And get a new hairstyle. Every woman does it. The season changes, making you happier with yourself and you decide to express that by getting a new hairstyle. I know I will.

The first thing you might want to do is take the scissors and maybe give yourself a trim. Or a drastic cut. That’s fine. Pixie cuts are good this time of year, and are cute and easy to manage. Plus, it’ll give your hair time to grow out to a cute length for summer – if that’s your desire.
But if you decide to just get a trim or clip your ends, go wavy. This brings volume, body and shine to anyone’s hair, and doesn’t have to be maintained like straight hair does. Waves can be slept on, giving you a perfect foundation for a careless, mess up-do, or can be pinned up and back to draw attention to your face. And if you’re trying to celebrate mother Earth coming alive, dying your hair a warm earth tone (any shade of brown will do) will definitely pay you and her equal tribute. Or you can just do like grandma does and go buy a wig. You may laugh, but that’s one thing that never goes out of style.
